🤔 Problems looking for Solutions

🏠 Renting Physical Spaces

Problem: Yoga Teachers don’t want to own a studio but need spaces to teach their classes.

Solution: Marketplace where teachers can find spaces for hourly rent for their classes.

Attractiveness: 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 The studio model for yoga teachers has been problematic even before the pandemic and it’s obviously getting worse. Teachers don’t want to own a studio, they only want a space to teach. They already look for spaces like studios/gyms, community spaces, churches, parks, etc. A centralized marketplace for finding these spaces could serve a huge market. One problem with this model: how to keep both supply and demand on your platform? As they’ll meet offline repeatedly, it’ll be easy for them to make the transaction off-platform.

🌐 Online Business

Problem: Yoga Teachers have a hard time growing their audience online.

Solution: Platform to find collaborations with other yoga teachers or health professionals.

Attractiveness: 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 EVERY creator needs to grow their audience, and collaborations are a great tool for doing this. Creators are already actively looking for collaborations in their communities. The solution would be to provide a better way of finding great collabs. A problem with this might be a willingness to pay on the creator side. If there’s no willingness to pay, how could this model be monetized otherwise? Maybe sponsorships, e.g. what swapstack.co is doing.

🤠 Finding Their Niche

Problem: It’s difficult for yoga teachers to find their niche.

Solution: Offer info-products that help yoga teachers find their niche.

Attractiveness: 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Same as with the online business problem, EVERY creator faces the problem of niche-finding, both at the beginning of their career, but also further down the road. So the potential market is large and growing. The problem here is that it’s such a complex problem to solve for even one person. So, how to make this a scalable product?

💼 Insurance

Problem: Yoga Teachers don’t know which insurance to buy.

Solution: Build an insurance-comparison tool for yoga teachers.

Attractiveness: 🔥🔥🔥 This could be a very interesting business case as the willingness to pay is very high and it’s a problem that appears frequently. We personally just don’t think that the insurance industry is too attractive, that’s why we rate this a 3/5.

💰 Pricing

Problem: Yoga Teachers don’t know how to price their classes.

Solution: Create content with frameworks for pricing classes.

Attractiveness: 🔥🔥 This problem appears very often, but teachers easily get answers to those questions in their communities.
